Kay McConney has been described professionally as a “dynamo.” She is the Chief Executive Mind of the human capital development company, The Executive Minds (TEM). TEM specializes in leadership training, executive coaching and consulting to strengthen the capacity of leaders and professionals.
Experience
Kay draws on more than 20 years of strategic leadership experience working in the private and public sectors, internationally. She has led diverse teams and strategic coalitions as a high-level diplomat to the United Nations; as a negotiator to the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Switzerland; as an entrepreneur; and as a consultant.
Recognition & Publications
The University of the West Indies (UWI) recognized and awarded Kay for her contribution in Canada, the Caribbean, and Europe. The European Commission published some of her work in its development magazine, The Courier. She continues to be a resource for development programs of universities, government agencies, non-profit organizations, international development agencies, and business.
Kay is a contributing author to the book by best-selling author, David Krueger M.D., Successful Life Story Transformations: Using the ROADMAP® System to Change Mind, Brain, and Behaviour.
